Meditation

meditacio.jpgMeditation is an undividable part of yoga. But in our western culture it became as an additional option. There are plenty of studies worldwide showing the results how beneficial is the meditation. Even if you could take only 10 minutes each morning to prepare yourself for the day, you would be able to enjoy the benefit of it in a short term. Meditation is really not about having profound mystical experiences, but it is for the purpose of achieving a sense of calm and peacefulness in your daily life. Meditation is a state of higher awareness.
